Network Security Audit & Review E-Commerce and Web Application Testing |
Systems Security Testing: We provide a code-review service providing answers to security related questions about your bespoke applications by finding and analysing vulnerabilities in your application code and server settings. We explain any vulnerabilities found and assist you in addressing the problems and implementing remediation. We utilize our in-house developed tools, hacker tools and exploits, and our expertise to test your system. Commercially available tools are also used as a first base in analyzing your code, but the breadth of the work is done manually where the level of detail we should delve into is up to you! The programming technologies we support include:
Database Systems Security Testing: We check your databases for security vulnerabilities that could be exploited from inside or outside your network. We will perform database integrity checks to test whether there are problems that can be used to gain unauthorised access to sensitive and confidential data. We will also check for any configurations that can be found on many systems that are not optimised for security by modifying the default setup. We use both our own in-house tools and tools available to the hacker community to check security of your database system. Basic system analysis is also conducted using commercially available tools. Technologies supported include:
Mail Server Penetration Testing: Can spammers bring your network to a halt or can hackers send your users malicious content as mail attachments that would compromise the security of your network when opened? Could your mail servers be used to obtain access to the internal network? Could an internal worker forge an e-mail from his/her boss to payroll authorising them a pay raise? We can help you find out and help you secure these systems. In addition to the tests mentioned on the Internet Penetration Testing page, this service also includes identifyin your mail servers and attempting manual exploits against them (relaying unauthorized email, spoofing and finding about the users present in the system.) As part of remediation procedures, we can implement virus / spam scanner devices or software in your perimeter network and strengthen the configuration of your mail servers. |
